Employees want their employer to provide a workplace experience that matches what they’ve come to expect as customers and in other areas of their life: meaningful, personalized, user-friendly and digital. And just as customers can be swayed by their experience with a company, so can employees.

The war for talent is more contentious than ever which means

employers must raise their game if they want to satisfy their employees before they jump ship. Employees today have higher expectations and demand more from their employers.

Increased happiness leads to increased performance. Simply put, happy employees are more productive at work. They are more innovative and collaborative. Studies show that companies see an increase in annual revenues and a reduction in operating costs when they focus on employee experience efforts.

PRODUCT DESIGN

I guided a product team through employee centered design which led to the identification of employee friction points that would also result in customer friction allowing the product team to make corrections before product launch.

REMOTE WORK & VIRTUAL TEAMS

I partnered with leaders and employees to create a plan to maintain relationships, productivity, and a healthy work/life balance when suddenly thrust into a completely virtual environment.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION

I provided actionable qualitative & quantitative insights to leaders focused on elevating diverse talent that was driven by the voice of employees that belong to marginalized diversity dimension groups.
